IMAP Backup & Archiver Features

The IMAP Backup & Archiver service provides the user with a comprehensive set of features in a simple to manage user interface.

There are three types of user roles, each with their own capabilities:

• Reseller/Account Manager
• Domain Manager
• End Users

The following list of features is general to all the account types.

IMAP Backup Features List:

• Add / Delete IMAP Backup Email
• Activate / De-activate IMAP Email Accounts
• Modify IMAP Backup Email Account (IMAP Server, Password)
• Test IMAP Backup Email Account
• List Domains in the account
• Manage Domain
• Select Email Account to manage
• Restore Email Account to the same account, another account, to a folder or original folders
• View Email Account Backup Logs
• Reset Login Account
• Schedule Restore

IMAP Archiver Features List:

• List IMAP Email Archiver Account
• Enable / Disable Archiver for one or more email accounts
• Search Archive Account
• Schedule Restore ALL archiver data to same account, a different account, special folder or original folders
• Search Archiver – From Date, To Date: From Sender, by Subject all or specific folder
• Manage selected emails to be restored (add to restore, delete and cancel)
• View Logs
